Except as defined in this section, the terms used in this subpart shall be defined in accordance with the definition and usage of the MUTCD:

1. (1) “Business sign panel (logo)” means a separately attached sign panel mounted on the specific service sign to show the brand, symbol, trademark, or name, or combination of these, for a motorist service available at or near an interchange;
2. (2) “Department” means the Arkansas Department of Transportation; and

3. (3) “Specific service sign” means a guide sign with:

   1. (A) The words “GAS”, “FOOD”, “LODGING”, “CAMPING”, or “ATTRACTIONS”;
   2. (B) Directional information; and
   3. (C) One (1) or more business sign panels (logos).
