27 CAR § 115-101 – Introduction

(a) Pursuant to Arkansas Code § 27-51-2002, the State Highway Commission may approve a proposed autonomous vehicle program submitted by a person.
(b) This part is issued in accord with the statutory authority set out in 27 CAR § 115-104(d).
