- (a) 27 CAR § 110-1204 of the General Rules of Practice and Procedure, 27 CAR pt. 110, is amended by including a second paragraph as follows: “Each carrier operating under authority of a hazardous waste transportation permit must, in addition to the requirements of the preceding paragraph, have displayed on both sides of all power units, the location of the principal office of the operator and the hazardous waste transportation permit number.”
