Bond/fee information
Arkansas Code § 27-35-210; Arkansas Code § 27-65-107
(a) No bond is required.
(b) The base fee for a permit to move a structure under this subpart shall be seventeen dollars ($17.00).
(c) No permit fees will be refunded after issuance.
