- (a) Holidays. No permit will be issued for the movement of houses on holidays listed in 27 CAR § 111-106(f).
(b) Inclement weather.
(1) A permit is not valid for movement when visibility is less than five hundred feet (500') or during inclement weather, including but not limited to:
- (A) Periods of extremely hard driving:
(i) Rain;
(ii) Freezing rain;
(iii) Sleet; or
- (iv) Snow; or
- (B) Other hazardous conditions.
(2) Movement of vehicles under permit may be restricted during strong winds or wind gusts exceeding twenty (20) knots (twenty-three miles per hour (23 m.p.h.)).
- (c) Days/hours. Movement of all houses in excess of fourteen feet (14') in width will be allowed only during the following hours:
- (1) Monday through Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.;
- (2) Fridays: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon; and
(3) Sundays: daylight to 9:00 a.m.
- (d) Limitations/cancellation.

- (A) Permits for moving houses will be limited to two (2) days.
- (B) Permits will not be canceled but may be extended providing the Arkansas Department of Transportation is notified prior to expiration of the original permit.
- (2) No permit will be issued for movement of houses on the interstate highways or any fully controlled access highway.
