- (a) A surety bond in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000) to cover potential damages shall be filed with the Permit Section before a permit will be issued for the movement of a house in excess of twenty feet (20') in width, unless otherwise specified by the Permit Section.
- (b) The fee for a permit to move a house shall be seventeen dollars ($17.00).
- (c) No permit fees will be refunded after issuance.
