- (a) Signs. No oversize load signs are required on a vehicle or load traveling under an overweight permit if dimensions of the vehicle or load do not exceed the width, height, or length limitations as provided in Arkansas Code §§ 27-35-206, 27-35-207, and 27-35-208.
- (b) No escorts are required for a vehicle traveling under an overweight permit if the dimensions of the vehicle or load do not exceed the width, height, or length limitations as provided in Arkansas Code §§ 27-35-206, 27-35-207, and 27-35-208 unless deemed necessary by the Permit Section for the safety of the motoring public.
