27 CAR § 111-307
Movement of overweight vehicles
Arkansas Code § 27-65-107
(a) Permits may be issued for the movement of overweight vehicles that do not exceed the width, height, or length limitations as provided in Arkansas Code §§ 27-35-206, 27-35-207, and 27-35-208 on Arkansas highways on:
(1) Saturdays;
(2) Sundays;
(3) Holidays; and
(4) Nighttime.
(b) These overweight permits must be obtained in advance of any movement.
