- (a) Cotton module vehicles that have a valid oversize permit issued by the Permit Section and do not exceed nine feet ten inches (9' 10") in width, fifty-five feet (55') in length, or fourteen feet six inches (14' 6") in height are authorized continuous twenty-four-hour-aday movement.
- (b) Cotton module vehicles may operate on all highways of this state, except federal interstate highways.
- (c) Cotton modules may not be double-stacked.
- (d) Owners/drivers are responsible for any damage to structures, signs, utility lines, etc., that results from the movement of their cotton module vehicles.
