- (a) The permits authorized under this subpart may contain limitations on the speed of operation and the routes of operation as the Director of State Highways and Transportation may deem necessary for safety to the traveling public.
- (b) All escorts must meet all of the requirements in 27 CAR § 111-501 et seq.
