Pursuant to Arkansas Code § 27-35-210, upon application and the payment of an annual fee, a special permit shall be issued for the movement of a vehicle of special design utilized exclusively for the drilling of water wells, or for the movement of auger equipment utilized exclusively for loading agricultural aircraft, which exceeds the length as provided in Arkansas Code § 27-35-208 or Arkansas Code § 27-35-106, and which is moved on pneumatic tires, for a period of one (1) year from the date of issuance of the permit.
