27 CAR § 93-112 – Design-build project administration

(a) After selection of a design-builder and execution of the design-build contract, the Arkansas Department of Transportation takes on the responsibilities as set out and described in the design-build contract.
(b) The administration process of a design-build contract may be:
1. (1) Pursuant to the guidelines developed by the department; or
2. (2) As directed on a project-by-project basis.
