27 CAR § 93-109 – Statement of qualification

(a) The requirements for the SOQ:
1. (1) Are project-specific; and
2. (2) Will be developed by the Arkansas Department of Transportation on an individual project basis.
(b) The SOQ is the document submitted by a proposer that will provide the qualifications and experience of the proposer relative to the project scope as presented in the RFQ.
(c) Additional requirements for the SOQ may be included in the design-build guidelines and procedures.
