- (a) The RFP provisions should include a requirement for a preconstruction site visit including the Arkansas Department of Transportation and design-builder.
- (b) The site visit is intended to familiarize participants with the project, project limits, project access points, review and discuss major industrial or commercial traffic impacts, and review DBA requirements as it pertains to the project site.
