- (a) A D-B project does not reduce the need for a comprehensive public involvement program from what would be required for the more traditional DB-B project.
- (b) In most cases, a D-B project will require that the public involvement be more comprehensive or enhanced due to the more aggressive schedule generally required by such projects.
- (c) All public involvement and public notification currently required by the Arkansas Department of Transportation under existing statutes for more traditional DB-B projects are required for a D-B project, but the required involvement of the department, timing, and supportive design detail is dependent upon the project type and location.
