- (a) Acts 2003, No. 460, of the Regular Session of the 84th General Assembly authorized the State Highway Commission to enter into design-build contracts for highway construction projects and is included as Appendix A.
- (b) Acts 2013, No. 541, of the Regular Session of the 89th General Assembly expanded the definition of projects eligible to participate in the design-build process by lowering the minimum project cost for projects using the half-cent temporary sales and use tax, pursuant to Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 91, and is included as Appendix B.
