- (a) When a change in the planned adjustments, including quantities or types of materials, proposed location of facilities, or additional work is identified, the utility owner shall inform the resident engineer of the reason for the requested change along with a detailed estimate of the revised cost, change in quantities or items to be installed, and plan sheets showing the requested changes.
- (b) The resident engineer will review the requested change and, if recommended, prepare the appropriate documentation, as necessary.
