27 CAR § 91-1103 – Utility relocation agreement

(a) The executed relocation agreement establishes the estimated cost and reimbursement factor for the relocation of a utility owner's facilities for a highway project.
(b) The relocation agreement may be on an actual cost or lump-sum basis.
