- (a) If the relocation of a utility owner's facilities is determined to be reimbursable, the process for reimbursement shall be in accordance with this subpart.
(b) These are the minimum requirements for:
- (1) Requesting reimbursement;
- (2) Documenting expenditures; and
- (3) Processing payments.
