(a)
- (1) Upon successful application and evaluation, a third-party tester must execute a written agreement prescribed by the Division of Arkansas State Police to administer CDL skills tests.
- (2) Upon return of the agreement to the division, the third-party tester will be issued a certificate by the division evidencing the tester’s authority to administer a third-party testing program for the classes and type of vehicles listed.
- (3) The certificate must be prominently displayed at the approved testing facility.
(b)
- (1) Upon successful application, evaluation, and training, an examiner certificate will be issued evidencing a third-party examiner's authority to conduct CDL skills tests for the classes and types of vehicles listed.
- (2) The certificate must be prominently displayed at the approved test facility.
(c) Certificates and agreements will remain valid:
- (1) For one (1) year from the date they were issued; or
- (2) Until cancelled by the division or voluntarily relinquished by the third-party tester or examiner.
