- (a) Administration and enforcement. The Division of Arkansas State Police shall administer and enforce the State of Arkansas’s third-party testing program.
- (b) Employment of division employees. No third-party tester shall engage the services of any employee of the division as an agent, examiner, or employee in its third-party testing program.
