- (a) The purpose of this part is to explain the requirements for conducting commercial driver’s license skills tests as a third-party tester.
(b) Authority to administer skills tests is granted only to third-party testers who both:
- (1) Use third-party examiners certified by the Division of Arkansas State Police; and
- (2) Enter into an agreement with the division.
- (c) As a secondary matter, this part will be incorporated by reference into each agreement.
