(a) The Office of Driver Services shall cancel any application for a commercial driver license or suspend any commercial driver license for a minimum of sixty (60) days upon determining one (1) or more of the following:
- (1) Any fraud by the driver in making application for the license;
- (2) Failure of the driver to give all required information on the application for the license;
- (3) Failure of the driver to submit correct information on the application;
- (4) Discovery that the driver is not eligible for license under Title 27 of the Arkansas Code; and
- (5) Failure of the driver to pay any required fees for licensing.
(b)
- (1) The office is to conduct any suspension under this part in the manner provided for in Arkansas Code § 27-16-907.
- (2) Any licensee suspended under this rule shall be entitled to a hearing as provided in Arkansas Code § 27-16-907.
