Upon determination by the Office of Driver Services that a registration has been transferred for the purpose or with the effect of defeating the purpose of the Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Act, Arkansas Code § 27-19-101 et seq., the office shall suspend such registration until such time as the original suspension would be terminated.
