1. (a) Verification that a judgment has been satisfied, stayed, or that payments are sufficient to satisfy the requirements of Arkansas Code § 27-19-708 may be accepted only in the form of a final court decree or written verification from the judgment creditor or his or her representative.
2. (b) Verification of further proof of financial responsibility shall be accepted only in the form prescribed in Arkansas Code § 27-19-711.
