27 CAR § 30-168 – Security disbursement upon receipt of judgment

(a) Upon receipt of a certified copy of a judgment, the Office of Driver Services shall disburse the security to any person obtaining the judgment for whom the office is requiring security.
(b) Such security shall be disbursed without authorization of the depositor.
