27 CAR § 30-148 – Relief may be granted to owner and/or driver

(a)
1. (1) If any person other than the licensee is deprived of the necessities of life, food, clothing, and/or shelter, then the licensee may request a hearing before the Office of Driver Services for relief from order of suspension.
2. (2) The office may restrict the driving and/or operation of a vehicle of a licensee so as to fulfill the intent of this statute and this Act.
(b) The office may require whatever documentation it deems necessary in evaluating the condition of a licensee or those persons dependent upon the licensee.
