27 CAR § 30-135 – Incorporation of notice of security requirement and order of suspension

(a) The Office of Driver Services may incorporate in the notice of security required an order of suspension.
(b) Said notice shall provide information to the person that upon the expiration of twenty (20) days, the notice shall become the order of suspension.
