27 CAR § 30-133 – Amount of security required

(a)
1. (1) The Office of Driver Services may require proof of bodily injury or property damages where the estimated amount reported by all parties involved in the accident are not within comparable amounts.
2. (2) See Arkansas Code § 27-19-601 and also see Arkansas Code § 27-19-602.
(b) The office may hold all action in abeyance pending the filing of any requested information.
