(a)
- (1) Pursuant to the Office of Driver Services suspending the driving privilege of a person believed to be unqualified to safely operate a motor vehicle, the office may require that such person successfully pass all phases of the state driver license examination.
- (2) This authorization will be on a special clearance form issued by a hearing officer.
- (3) No individual will be given such a clearance until the hearing officer is convinced that such person is qualified medically to operate a motor vehicle.
- (b) Satisfactory test results must be returned to the hearing officer for evaluation to determine if such person should be allowed to operate a motor vehicle in this state.
