1. (a) Pursuant to the Office of Driver Services suspending the driving privilege of a person believed to be medically incompetent to operate a motor vehicle, the office may require that such person submit to a medical examination by a physician qualified and licensed to practice medicine in this state.
2. (b) The medical report will then be evaluated to determine if such person should be allowed to operate a motor vehicle in this state.
