- (a) When the Office of Driver Services issues a restricted license (age waiver) to a person who has attained the age of fourteen (14) years but not yet reached the sixteenth birthday, such restricted age waiver shall be issued only under the provisions of Arkansas Code § 27-16-804(b)(2).
- (b) Upon receipt of conviction for violation of restriction or a moving traffic violation, the office shall revoke the restricted license (age waiver).
