- (a) Lienholders may make application to the Department of Finance and Administration for the cancellation of title to a manufactured home on behalf of the owner or owners of the manufactured home.
(b) The application shall be:
- (1) Signed by the owner or owners; and
- (2) Accompanied by all documentation that would be required if the purchaser had filed the application in person.
