- (a) A special interest organization may submit an application, as described in this part, for the Department of Finance and Administration to create and issue a license plate decal for the special interest group.
(b)
- (1) Applications for decals for special interest groups may be submitted beginning on July 1, 2006, and ending on November 1, 2006.
- (2) Applications may be submitted during the same time period for each year thereafter.
