(a)
- (1) Prior to placing any online bid, prospective bidders must complete an initial online registration.
- (2) This registration will provide each bidder with a unique identifier that will be used in the event the bidder wishes to make multiple purchases either at the time of registration or at a future online auction.
- (3) This includes completing an identity (ID) verification process.
(4) The registration shall include the following:
- (A) Completing the ID verification process;
- (B) Accurate credit card or debit card information;
- (C) Acknowledgement and agreement that the payment method provided shall be immediately charged the one-hundred-dollar earnest money if his or her bid is successful; and
- (D) A valid driver’s license number, expiration date, and issuing state.
(b)
(1) No bids will be accepted unless the bidder has:
- (A) Provided accurate payment information; and
- (B) Completed the ID verification process.
- (2) Failure to pay based on the inability to process payment based on the information provided may result in refusal to accept future bids.
