- (a) Project activities shall meet or exceed those standards as established in this subpart.
- (b) Projects should be developed in consultation with a professional, such as a governmental natural resources planning employee or a private consultant, who possesses experience and appropriate expertise related to the type of project proposed.
- (c) Structural aspects of the project shall be reviewed by a professional engineer prior to the filing of an application.
