1. (a)

   1. (1) Beginning on or about the second Tuesday in September in each year, at the offices of the Assessment Coordination Division, the Arkansas CAMA Compliance and Certification Advisory Board will test:

      1. (A) All CAMA systems operating in the state; and
      2. (B) Those proposed for operation within the state.

   2. (2)

      1. (A) The CAMA provider may request to be provided, in advance of the test, a list of issues to be tested.
      2. (B) Upon good cause being shown, the board may request that a CAMA system be retested on a particular issue or issues.

2. (b) The board will:

   1. (1) Vote on each exercise as to pass or fail;
   2. (2) Advise the Director of the Assessment Coordination Division of the decision; and
   3. (3) Make recommendations as requested by the director.
3. (c) The test will be provided by the division.
4. (d) Each test will be conducted using actual data from a county or counties to be agreed upon in advance between the division and the CAMA provider.

5. (e)

   1. (1) Prior to the administration of the test, the board will place each exercise into one (1) of the following categories:

      1. (A) Level No. 1. A minimum score of one hundred percent (100%) is required for compliance;
      2. (B) Level No. 2. A minimum score of ninety-five percent (95%) is required, but the board may allow up to thirty (30) additional days to comply; and
      3. (C) Level No. 3. A minimum score of ninety percent (90%) is required, but the board may allow until the next annual test cycle to comply.
   2. (2) Note. When additional time is allowed, the compliance test will be conducted at a county location to be determined by the board at least a week in advance of the test.
