1. (a) The appraisal manager will send by electronic transmission to the Assessment Coordination Division, by the twentieth day of each month, a progress report detailing reappraisal progress made from the twentieth of the preceding month through the nineteenth of the current month.
2. (b) The progress report will be on a specific form prescribed by the division.
3. (c) The reappraisal manager will provide a copy of the progress report to the county assessor, the county judge, and, upon request, to the board of equalization and quorum court each month.
