1. (a) If necessary, the CAMA system vendors will cooperate fully to convert data from their CAMA system to that of another vendor.
2. (b) This will occur when a county has acquired a different CAMA system due to its own actions or has allowed an appraisal contractor to do so.
3. (c) A contract will be negotiated between the county and the vendor of the CAMA system.
4. (d) The data to be converted will be defined in the contract, but will include at a minimum the property record card data.
5. (e) If a fee is charged for this service it shall be limited to a reasonable amount.
