26 CAR § 200-304
Price list to be kept
Arkansas Code § 26-57-206
Each applicant must agree to maintain a list of prices for all tobacco products which will be sold, such price lists to be kept in the business office and made available to:
(1) Each customer;
(2) The Arkansas Tobacco Control Board;
(3) The Director of Arkansas Tobacco Control; or
(4) An investigator of the Arkansas Tobacco Control.
