- (a) This document represents the manner in which the Revenue Division of the Department of Finance and Administration, the Arkansas Development Finance Authority, and the DIG will deal with the tax credits transferred by the Arkansas Development Finance Authority pursuant to the provisions of the Venture Capital Investment Act of 2001, Arkansas Code § 15-5-1401 et seq.
- (b) Arkansas taxpayers may rely on the provisions of the system contained herein.
- (c) A copy of this document may be attached to and made part of a tax credit purchase agreement between the DIG and the participant named therein, and the rights and obligations described herein are subject in their entirety to the terms thereof.
