If the Office of Appeals and Hearings does not receive a written request for reconsideration within ten (10) calendar days of a party’s receipt of the initial findings of fact, conclusions of law, and order, the initial findings of fact, conclusions of law, and order shall become the final agency determination as provided in the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, Arkansas Code § 25-15-201 et seq.
