25 CAR § 34-122 – Reconsideration process

(a) Any party requesting reconsideration shall provide the Office of Appeals and Hearings proof of notice to the opposing party.
(b) The opposing party shall have ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of the notice to respond to the request.
(c) If necessary, the office may reconvene both parties for argument on the request for reconsideration and shall notify both parties of a reconsideration conference.
