25 CAR § 34-121 – Grounds for reconsideration

(a) Reconsideration is for the limited purposes of correcting material misstatements of:
1. (1) The record;
2. (2) Clear errors of law; or
3. (3) Both.
(b) Each request for reconsideration must state in plain terms the grounds upon which the requestor relies.
(c) The Office of Appeals and Hearings shall summarily deny any reconsideration that asks the office to receive additional evidence, exercise its discretion differently, or modify or reverse any finding, conclusion, or order for any reason other than correcting material misstatements of:
1. (1) The record;
2. (2) Clear errors of law; or
3. (3) Both.
