25 CAR § 34-118 – Record made

(a) The Office of Appeals and Hearings will tape record each hearing.
(b) If the office decision is appealed, the office will prepare a transcript or cause a transcript to be prepared for filing in the circuit court as provided in the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, Arkansas Code § 25-15-201 et seq.
