- (a) All meetings of the Career Education and Workforce Development Board shall be open to the public unless, consistent with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act of 1967, Arkansas Code § 25-19-101 et seq., a meeting is closed to the public for the consideration of personnel matters.
- (b) Should any decision be made during an executive session, the board must reconvene in public session for official action.
