25 CAR § 2-117 – Case transfers

(a) If an individual’s case is transferred to a new counselor, the individual must be sent a letter notifying them.
(b) The letter will include:
1. (1) Reason for the transfer; and
2. (2) The new counselor’s contact information.
(c) Staff must contact all newly assigned cases, including case transfers, within five (5) business days of the assignment.
