- (a) It is intended that consumers of this agency receive the quality services necessary and appropriate to the achievement of their vocational goal.
- (b) The Division of State Services for the Blind will strive to maximize the potential for consumers to prepare for, obtain, retain, and advance in high-quality jobs and high-demand careers.
