- (a) The Division of State Services for the Blind does not require an individual to have legal residency or citizenship in order to apply for services and receive an eligibility determination.
- (b) However, individuals who apply for vocational rehabilitation services must intend to achieve a competitive integrated employment outcome.
- (c) The other conditions of eligibility required by policy must be met.
