(a)
- (1) Accommodations shall be provided, as needed, during the vocational rehabilitation process to enable individuals to participate in their services to the fullest extent possible.
(2) Accommodations may include:
- (A) Aids;
- (B) Devices;
- (C) Services; and
- (D) Technology.
- (b) The Division of State Services for the Blind must use comparable benefits if they are available to the individual at the time needed to ensure progress towards the employment outcome towards the cost of any accommodations.
- (c) If the required accommodations are not available to the individual at the time needed to ensure progress towards an employment outcome specified in the individualized plan for employment, then the division must provide the accommodations until the comparable benefits become available.
